Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping

M+V offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Optional 2-day premium shipping is available at checkout.

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be amended.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns

Each M+V pouch is handmade in small batches in New York. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we are glad to accept returns on eligible items.

Eligibility. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original condition, with the original dust bag, packaging, and all tags attached. Items that are used, soiled, altered, or missing original packaging are not eligible and will be returned to the customer.

How to start a return. Email us at info@shopmv.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will reply with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale. The Sleepy Panda and other limited-edition pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
